This website is an informational and demonstration platform for the dStudyBuddy (SYBY) token — an ERC-20 utility token deployed on the opBNB Mainnet blockchain as part of an academic Final Year Project. The site provides:

Information about the SYBY token, its technical architecture, and roadmap
A non-custodial Web3 interface allowing users to view token balances and execute transfers using their own MetaMask wallet
Links to third-party platforms (PancakeSwap, opBNBScan) for trading and verification

4. No Custody of Funds

This website is entirely client-side. We do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds at any time. When you interact with the SYBY token through the Live Dashboard:

Your private keys remain exclusively in your MetaMask wallet
Transactions are signed locally in MetaMask and broadcast directly to the opBNB blockchain
We have no ability to reverse, modify, or cancel any blockchain transaction

5. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
Your use of this Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet seed phrase and private keys
You understand the risks associated with blockchain transactions, including irreversibility

The dStudyBuddy name, logo, and website design are the property of the dStudyBuddy project team. The smart contract source code is open source and verified on opBNBScan. You may not use the dStudyBuddy name or logo without prior written permission.

This Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 11. Smart Contract Risk

The SYBY token smart contract has been developed carefully and verified on the blockchain, but smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee the contract is free from all errors. Users interact with the smart contract entirely at their own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
